Forex Hoster provides rather expensive MetaTrader VPS hosting with the servers located in Bratislava, Slovakia. The VPS is hosted on Unix OS, but can be accessed from both Win and Mac PCs. It also doesn’t limits user bandwidth, but it doesn’t allow anything installed on the server. Traders have to ask for the specific broker MT4 platform to be installed by the company’s staff. The trial offer is absent but everyone can use the demo access to test the connection and VPS management system. They also provide no live support.

What a pain in the ass! My firewall blocked the hoster and I battled for a month to obtain the required info to enable my service provider to solve the problem. Now I can’t set up a trade account and the system is so slow that it is impossible to use the HELP functions. After 3 months of wasted subscription I need to find a way to quit now and stay away forever.

The service is very expensive in comparison to what others offer.
It is very well layed out and extremely easy to access as everything is preinstalled. It was also very simply to install my expert advisor.
The massive downside is that the system is unbelievably slow! Like painfully slow. I ended up downloading Meta 4 on my computer and making adjustments that way and simply using the host to keep it going.
In comparing the two open at once, the host can show results up to 5-10 minutes after they have happened.
After my month is up, i will definitely be moving to another host!

ForexHoster is by far the best service I have used! I tried the other windows based systems and they were down before I even got to start my account up with them. ForexHoster had my platform already installed and ready to go, I just put my account number and password and I was off and running. There are absolutely no glitches in the system and I believe this is why their support is so small as you don't even need support for this product.
Linux based? This is amazing as no updates, no viruses, no spyware, etc.... Good luck with your windows based VPS people!!

I bought and paid for a package with Forex Hoster a little while back. Their support was just terrible. They really havent a clue about anything in relation to metatrader or EA's. Their system is also frequently crashing and rebooted without telling me. I have lost a few hundred dollars because of that.
After doing a bit of homework, I heard about Paul and ForexVPS. For people who dont know Paul, your missing out on a really smart guy who always comes up with a working solution to metatrader or VPS problems and questions.
Pauls reputation alone (just google him) and where he works (ForexVPS) is what made me cancel my Forex Hoster order (i was waiting 3 weeks just to recieve the login to the Forex Hoster VPS), even though I was emailing them every second day. I got a list of lame excuses every second day!
ForexVPS however had me all set up and running in less than 2 hours. I cannot praise ForexVPS enough.
As for Forex Hoster, you have been warneed. Run away from them!

I joined only a couple of weeks ago, but my experience with this service is very positive. I received my VPS account details the same day i signed up, i logged into my account using their web-based control panel and i installed my ea the same day. They have quite good step by step guide on website, but I contacted them using their live chat as I had a couple of additional questions. But during the conversation I realized that the questions are actually related to the expert advisor, not them. But they provided me with answers to my questions anyway. So from my side, everything positive so far.

These crooks took over two weeks until I just went ahead and cancelled my account.
Stay away, especially for this price and the long wait. I lost over $105 because of having to turn my computer off...The computer wasn't mine.
