Fxcm is really good!!!...i can get hundreds pips every day!!!

This FXCM is no good and selfish. The never talk abour how to withdraw invester profit or deposit. This is the MOST, MOST important thing for a trader. They talk only about depositing. FXCM useless

Nasty customer service reps, had a micro account and there were so many technical issues with the server. Lost so many trades gone against me because the site would go down when I would try to close. It was down so much of the time. It's down right now (9:00 am est 12/20) as a matter of fact that's why I'm surfing to find a dependable broker. To call in the problem and get a nasty rep on the phone or the chat or get an auto reply for emails. Just not reliable. There's potential there with a zippy trading platform, but there's an attitude problem for sure. Deposits were a problem too. Never knew when it would credit to the account anywhere from 2 hours to days and days for debit card. Am looking for a different broker. maybe forex.com, capital gains or gft. am checking them out as thoroughly as possible...

I agree with Lawrence from Australia, it always seems to work in their favor and they aren't liable for anything. I've had my connection disrupted after trying to put in orders i have never had any disruptions in my connection till having fxcm trading platform installed. Please stay away from this one.

stay well away, total scam, I cannot recall how many times I've been scammed by this company now, I've got screen shots and charts and feeds from various brokers to prove, they will stop you out although the price next reached it, their software will freeze up all too often, at times when it's going against your position the software will freeze up not allowing you to close your positions, orders will be filled at huge slips although the price wasn't volatile, and at volatile times it will take out your orders with huge slips, and take out your limit and create an instant losing trade, ie. if you had a order to take profit at 30 pips, it will fill your order with a 40 pips slippage and create a 10 pip lost instantly! Do not risk your money with this broker, stay well away!

I trade for a four month with the FXCM Platform in Personal and Institutional. They are totally SCAM. They play with the order of their clients, and do not place all the orders to the market or trying to get a better price than his client. When you begining to making money more faster than FXCM, they just have a special trick in NEWS to FREEZE you Platform and blocking your IP... In this way you cannot react faster to a news, and you can have a big loose. I am a NEWS TRADER and SCALPING TRADER, the Compliance and Arbitration Department they told me that my "Trading Style" is maybe not accordance with the FXCM Platform, maybe I need to go to another Broker. And this is not just words, I have physical screen shot photos and videos from our computers, when they manipulate their server to mal intentional hit their clients. They forget that their clients are the reason that they still in business.

Thanks for your email. We do not currently offer MT4 demo accounts. Due to the demoand, all resources have been dedicated to live MT4 accounts. This is answer I recieved when I had a problem with login to their demo account,so I think FXCM is not full MT4 broker yet and this info should be in Your description about FXCM. Peter

i like fxcm because they have a low spread.
