I give mark 10 but it decreased fxopen from 6.0 to 5.9 i think something wrong with voting software?

It is upnormal that that finance department do not answer for your e-mails. Please make sure that you use correct details to send e-mail to ( finance@fxopen.com ). Our company never refuse to unblock client's account if it was blocked due to 3 months inactivity.

P.S. I will send your complaint to finance dep. right now, I hope you can post again after they will answer you and you will unblock your account.

am new and i v not made any withdraw but can someone pls concider this statement made by someone,

I have been trading with fxopen for about 3 years now and I have found them to be extremely efficient and reliable. However, there was a time I stopped trading and withdrew most of my money from the platform. I later resumed only to find out that my account has been frozen. I have written to finance department a number of times now and they have refused to reply and unblock my account. I wonder if I am the only one who has experienced this. Please, anybody with a similar case can write me on richardothe@gmail.com

Please try to do LR deposit vias MyFXOpen area. If you do durect LR deposit make sure you use correct LR details. Also, there is a chance that LR was down when you try to make transfer, so simply try to do it bit later.

i have demo traded with fxopen for quit a long time and i can testify that this broker is great. however, the only problem i am having now is that i want to go into life trade using liberty reserve but all effort to transfer my LR to my forex account remains void, it keeps telling me that " the shopping cart interface of this merchant is not configured properly". someone should please tell me what to do as regards this.

I use Fxopen ECN so far everything is perfect except level2 software which is not very convenient to use. Speed and liqudity are good.

I think it is a moment for me to change my local broker because of last NFA initiatives. I was monitoring FXO for last few months and even opened an account. I have good experience with them and looking forward to continue.
