i dont think this broker is bad. the only problem i am having with them is that whenever there is a violaile moves in the market will not be able to close or open trade. fxopen why is this so? try and do somthing about this to add more beauty to your services. i like you and i love you with your simplicity. keep on keeping on..........

FXOpen is one of the best Brokers among others, any one talking against them is bias, and perhaps he or she is being used to tanish the image of this reputable and excellent brokerage firm.

What else do they want? excellent customer support, prompt execution, low spread just to mention but few.

I strongly disagree with all those who are giving a negative view on fxopen... I have been trading with fxopen since last year... Have not had a single trouble.. I have more than one real accounts with them...

For the support, you can get them on skype or directly on their forum.. Fxopen is one of the best broker around...

Traders all over the world, please it is high time we tried to commend our brokers when they do something good it is highly disheartening that no trader has came to this review or other review sites to commend this broker for reducing the spread for holders of micro account in their company, now holders of micro accounts have the same operating ground with those operatin standard account, fxopen,I give kudos to you. I OPEND A TRADE USD/JPY ,I SET A STOP LOSS AND TAKE PROFIT .WHEN THE PRICE CAME DOWN TO MY STOP LOSS THEY CLOSED MY TRADE AT 3 PIPS BEFORE MY S/L WHY? THE PRICE DID NOT GET TO MY STOPLOSS POINT AND STILL THEY TOOK 2 PIPS OF THRIR BROKERS SPREAD(CHARGE) WHEN I ENTERED. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS .

I think this broker is good but there support is zero, their staff at their support knows virtually nothing about forex, and I dont know the reason why they put mastercard option on their site when they dont accept it

hello, i was just curious why is it everytime i tried to enter the fxopen forum the service is unavailable? and even the live chat are'nt available?

Hello there, I am a muslim and I am fasting right now, so I am not lying. I wired $100 to fxopen and in two days time my account was credited including bonus, right now I am trading live with them. I think they are not scam.

l am using a demo account with Fxopen.l was surprise that the broker refused to take my trade of .1 to .5 lot sizes.The comment was INVALID VOLUME.When l thereafter used 1 lot size it accepted it.

Secondly,l opened a trade with a take profit and S/L .l tried to close the trade with current T/P,it refused .After several attempts l gave up.lt finally ended up in a loss.

The above scenarios freightened me and erased my previous impression that FXopen is out to do clean business with subscibers.

It is like Fxopen have more than suppossed clients and I guessed that is why they do not have time for their client;

e mail --- delayed or no response

y! messenger --- no response/virus sending

it seems they are scammers

i have always found these people to be fast in there response to me by email. fast with my deposit. i was glad to see the and read the negetive thing about them. Now i am convince that they are real.
